She was 16 years old and knew that she belonged elsewhere. A woman with white hair and light blue eyes kept appearing in her dreams. "Who are you?" She asked herself as if the woman would materialize in front of her. She often dreamt of the past. Events that could have happened filled her mind. She saw herself often kissing or dancing with the woman. "Are you my mystery lover?" Kari looked at the sky as if determined to divine an answer. Ever since she was a little girl she had had visions of the past and now they filled her with a longing more than ever. She wanted to know who the white-haired woman was. Why had she been plagued with dreams of her ever since she was young? What was the connection? Kari looked again and kept wondering...what did it mean? * * * * * * * * * Katie looked at Eva who was in a fervent argument with Rare. "Listen, we need Kari. She's our only chance." "No we don't. Kari is the weakest of us all." Rare told Eva as Katie interrupted. "Well attack-wise..." "Don't you dare agree with her Katie. You are a defensive guardian. You should be disagreeing with her." Eva told Katie angrily. "We don't need Kari." Rare said firmly. "Stop trying to satisfy your ego. Kari and you had an argument before the planet was attacked. I can't remember what over, but you need to let it go. Kari and Pyrite belong together and only with Kari will we be strong enough to awaken her." Eva tried to explain. "I'm not going to be nice to her." Rare told Eva then walked off. "Start tracking her down Katie. We go and retrieve the last guardian tomorrow." * * * * * * * * * Usagi and the rest of the Sailor Senshi sat around the table waiting for Luna and Artemis to speak. "I spoke to Terra yesterday. She wasn't too happy with what she had to report. The fourth guardian will have her memories brought back today, but she was not happy with the dynamics of the group." "What do you mean Artemis?" Ami questioned him. "I mean that Flare and Soul have never got along and we should not expect them to. Ever since the two could fight over Death, they have been doing so. This probably stems back to their parents actually. You see Versala who was Soul's mother and Vesta who was Flare's mother, well let us just say they did not get along." "Over what?" Rei asked. "Everything. Genga had to literally put them apart for the longest time." Luna interrupted. "Soul is not considered to be the strongest among the guardians. She is though. In many ways that we do not understand. She can control Death when no one else can. She is Death's partner and lover. Soul has to be reawakened in order for Death to be brought out of her sleep otherwise no one can do it." Artemis explained. "So what do we do until then?" Minako questioned the two cats. "Wait for them to reawaken Soul's memories. Only then can we help them." Luna replied. * * * * * * * * * Kari watched the reflecting pool as she thought about the woman from her dreams. In her lap was a book of poems that she had written. She was confused and wondered if she would ever find out about the woman. The dream she had last night was still ever so vivid in her mind. She looked up and saw three women walking towards her. One had green hair with blue highlights, the next one had long red hair, and the last one had long light blue hair. Who were these women? A feeling came over her like deja vu. She stood up and glanced at them. They stopped in front of her. Immediately she felt an angry feeling rise upwards due to the red-haired woman. "Who are you?" "You may not know us, but we know you. My name is Eva and I am from your past Kari." "How do you know my name?" "Because Kari, we are your friends." The woman with the light blue hair said. "I do not know you though I feel as if I do." "Kari!" An indigo-colored wolf approached her. "You must remember the past. You are needed again." "Needed?" She asked, confused more than ever. "Yes. You are needed. Now remember." Universe told her as her symbol glowed and connected with the middle of Kari's forehead. The symbol of two rings entwined glowed bright indigo and at last Kari remembered. She remembered everything. The woman...her name was Pyrite. She had been her intended so long ago. "Death-sama." She muttered. "Where is Death-sama?!" "That's what we have been trying to get through your thick skull." Rare told her. Kari threw a glare at the guardian of fire. "Don't you talk to me like that! Now where is she?!" "She is in cryogenic stasis on Crystalia Kari." Eva explained. She eyed the two guardians who were glaring at each other in anger. "Look, we have to get to Crystalia and we are not going to be doing it while you two are arguing. Tonight we formulate a plan and then tomorrow we get Pyrite." "But...but...Eva! We can't let Pyrite be alone a moment longer!" Kari shouted. "We have to plan Kari. Don't worry. She is safe." Eva replied as they surrounded her. "Besides, we have to meet Sailor Moon and the senshi of this planet. They will provide us with some help." "I still don't think it is any of their business." Katie pointed out. "Oh here we go again." Eva began. "Look, we need their help. Whether any of us like it or not. Now stop being negative Katie and let's go and talk with them." * * * * * * * * * The four arrived at Rei's temple rather late in the afternoon. Eva had contacted Luna and Artemis, so the senshi knew that they were coming to see them. "Remember, we have to be hospitable. That goes for all of us." "As long as we are not insulted." Katie said as she crossed her arms. "Katie, you used to be more hospitable than this. What is the matter?" Kari asked her. "I just don't like them. They interfere too much." She replied as they continued to climb to reach the temple. "You are as cold as the element you represent Katie. You used to be more hospitable." Eva told her. "I think Blizzard fused some with me. Besides, I will be inhospitable until we retrieve Pyrite." Katie said as she threw Eva a glare. Eva looked up to the top of the stairs to see Luna and Artemis waiting patiently for them. "Greetings!" Eva waved at the cats. "It is good to see the four of you together. I trust you didn't have any trouble with gaining the last guardian." Luna said as she looked at the four. "The last guardian has not been attained Luna." Galaxy growled suddenly. "She's up on Crystalia." "It's alright Galaxy. We'll get Pyrite." Kari told the black wolf softly as she reached down and pet him between the ears. "Are all the senshi of Earth here?" "No. Pluto and Saturn haven't arrived yet." Artemis replied. "Come on, we can start the discussion before they get here." "Very well." Eva said as they followed them into the temple. * * * * * * * * * "YOU FOOL!" Mera screamed at Ruka. "Not only have all the guardians been awakened on Earth but they are receiving help from the Earth's senshi!" "Forgive me my lady." Ruka replied in a quiet manner. "You must now prevent them from waking their leader. Go to Crystalia and join Aki there. You had better not fail Ruka or it will be your life." Mera told her as she disappeared. Mera gazed at the blue planet in front of her. "The guardians will fall if they don't have their leader and I will never let Death return." * * * * * * * * * Luna and Artemis watched as two of the guardians began to argue over how they were going to rescue their leader. They noticed Terra and Blizzard try to get a word in edge-wise but their words were falling on deaf ears. Katie punched her fist in the table and suddenly shouted, "Shut up before I transform and permanantly put you on ice!" "I think we can avoid that Katie." Eva said. "Kari, sit by me. I think it is best to avoid conflict right now." "Why do you two argue so much?" Usagi asked them without thinking. "It's a past thing." Rare said as she threw a glare at Kari. "She's just jealous because Pyrite is my intended." Kari replied as she ignored Rare's look. "Jealous...of you? You got to be kidding." "Enough! We are here to find a way back to our planet. Stop being selfish...the both of you." Eva finally said. "But..." Kari started. Eva cast a dark glare at both of them. "Tomorrow we are going to prepare to teleport to our home planet. We have to be ready in every way possible. I am afraid that we might have a fight on our hands." "Why do you think?" Makoto question her. "Because we have been attacked and that means that Mera is out there. She could possibly have someone stationed on our planet to prevent us from reawakening Death. We have to be prepared." "Right." Usagi agreed with her. "Tomorrow we go rescue Death-sama. There can't be any more delays." Kari put in. "No Kari. No more delays." Eva agreed. Next Episode: # 6 - Sailor Teleport! Reawaken Death!
