Biography

Sailor Crystal Flare was born as Rare, Princess of Flare Domain, to Vesta (her mother). Her father was a knight of the court and spoiled her a lot as she grew up. Her mother taught her the use of cards in fortune telling. Before Crystalia's defeat, she and Kari fought a lot over Pyrite and who deserved her the most. When she was sent to Earth and reawakened, she vehemently protested awakening Kari because she felt they could do it without her.

Rare is arrogant at times and does not realize it. She hates arrogance, yet she is one of the most arrogant guardians. As a guardian, she is very powerful, yet she has no defensive moves which leaves her wide open if someone doesn't have her back. She often argues her point till she either exhausts the person she argues with or exhausts herself. The only person she won't argue with is Pyrite.

Rare makes herself out as the strongest offensive guardian when she knows she isn't. She tries to hide her insecurities about herself by making Kari feel bad. There is a lot of negativity between her and Kari, which is because of her mother and Versala (Kari's mother). She is a dedicated fighter though and will do anything to defeat an enemy. Even give up her life.

Attacks

Flare Crystal Power!
Rare holds her right hand up in the air and shouts 'Flare Crystal Power!' A ball of flame surrounds her then disappates as her sailor uniform appears. Fire forms her tiara then surrounds her hands and arms as it forms her gloves. She spins around and poses with her bow in hand and a background of flame.

Flaming Arrows!
Sailor Crystal Flare shouts 'Flaming Arrows!' as she draws back and fires multiple arrows from her bow. This does severe damage to the enemy she is up against.

Fire Dragon!
Sailor Crystal Flare shouts 'Fire Dragon!' and shoots a solitary arrow up in the sky. The arrow transforms to the shape of a dragon and charges the enemy.

Fire Burst!
Sailor Crystal Flare shouts 'Fire Burst' as a red crystal forms in her hands. She slowly moves her hands apart as the crystal glows red and suddenly bursts. The shards turn to fire as they are launched at the enemy.
