Biography

Sailor Crystal Blizzard was born as Katie, princess of Blizzard domain, to Cryona (her mother). Her father was a consort of the royal court but did not participate in raising her. Blizzard is considered the coldest (emotionally) guardian on the planet. As Sailor Crystal Blizzard, Katie is as cold as ice and often does not care if she hurts someone she loves. Mostly her coldness is directed to other senshi and their enemies, but the guardians have been subjected to it as well.
After she was sent to Earth, she was the first to be awakened. She will not follow anyone else but Pyrite and because of it she had a difficult time dealing with Earth's senshi. She tells them constantly that Pyrite is the better leader and it is because she sacrificed for them. Often, Mars and Blizzard clash with one another.
She is also a defensive guardian, but she actually a mix. Her main objective as a guardian is to be a defensive guardian, but she has attacks as well. After they defeat Mera, Katie follows Pyrite to Crystalia and they make a future for the planet.

Attacks

Blizzard Crystal Power!
Katie throws her hand up in the air as a snowflake forms under her feet grows larger. A blast of icy air rips her clothes from her body as ice now forms around her body and forms her fuku, gloves, shoes, and tiara. She then finishes posing with her trident in a background of snow.

Wall of Ice!
This creates a quick barrier of ice to protect herself and others from enemies attacks. Blizzard points her trident towards the ground and shouts 'Wall of Ice!' She then quickly brings the end to point upwards as a wall of ice is created.

Deep Freeze!
This attack momentarily freezes an enemy. Depending on the strength of the enemy, it can be for days or minutes. Blizzard points the end of her trident at her enemy and screams 'Deep Freeze!' A ball of ice forms at the end then several streams of ice start to form towards the enemy. Slowly the enemy is frozen.

Icicle Blast!
Blizzard holds her arms up and outwards as a ball of ice forms in front of her torso. Once the ball gets hard enough she shouts 'Icicle Blast!' The ball shatters into a million sharp pieces of ice. This can do severe damage to an enemy.
