The Crystalian Heart was created by the five queens before the princesses were born. When the queens were younger and were Mistics themselves they used part of their powers to create the Crystalian Heart. The Crystalian Heart is a crystal that is shaped like a heart. The Crystalian Heart is meant to only be used in a state of emergency. Much like Queen Serenity used her crystal. The Crystalian Heart will only work with the five Sailor Mistics, since the power of all five is contained in it.
